Everything You’re Wondering

If you read that and thought, "Yes, that's me," you're not alone.

You care deeply about your work. You care deeply about your family. You want to show up fully for both, but some days it feels like you're constantly falling short somewhere.

Maybe you're carrying the invisible mental load, feeling guilty no matter what you do.

This coaching is for ambitious working moms who want to move through burnout, guilt, and overwhelm, so they can gain clarity, make confident decisions, and create a more balanced life, one that feels right for them.

You might be thinking, "Isn't everyone overwhelmed? Maybe this is just what motherhood looks like." And yes, working motherhood is a lot.

But feeling constantly stretched, guilty, and like you're falling short doesn't have to be your normal.

As a working mom burnout coach, I help you understand what's really creating the pressure, the expectations you're carrying, the standards you're trying to meet, and what truly matters to you, so you can move forward with clarity.

We'll start by understanding what matters most to you.

Together, as your work-life balance coach for moms, we'll explore what's important in this season of your life, what's taking your energy, and where you may be carrying expectations that no longer fit.

We'll look at the choices you're making, the priorities you want to protect, and what a more balanced, work-life harmony actually looks like for you.

The goal isn't to do everything better. It's to get clear on what matters most, so you can make decisions with more confidence, more clarity, and less second-guessing.

Think of it as a pause button in the middle of a very full life.

A place where you don’t have to be the mom, the employee, the partner, or the person who has it all together.

You can just be you.

I’ll listen, ask thoughtful questions, and help you untangle what’s been taking up so much space in your mind.

No.

Because your life, your family, and your priorities are unique to you.

I’m not here to give you another set of rules about how to be a “better” mom.

I’m here to help you understand yourself better, see your options clearly, and make choices that feel right for your life.

No. Coaching and therapy are different types of support.

Therapy focuses on healing and mental health concerns. Coaching focuses on your current experience, helping you gain clarity, recognize patterns, and make intentional choices moving forward.

I hear this a lot from working moms: "I barely have time to finish everything I already need to do. How can I add one more thing?"

I get it. When you're already carrying so much, making time for yourself can feel impossible.

But coaching isn't about adding more to your plate. It's about creating space to step out of the constant rush, get clear on what matters, and stop spending your energy on things that no longer serve you.

Sometimes taking a little time now can save you from staying stuck in the same cycle of overwhelm and guilt for much longer. You don't need to wait until everything falls apart to give yourself support.

The relationship matters.

My coaching style is warm, supportive, and curious. I’ll meet you where you are, without judgment or a list of things you should be doing.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions, gently challenge you when needed, and create a space where you can be honest about what’s really going on.

Along with my lived experience navigating change, motherhood, and uncertainty, I bring professional training as an ICF-Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Reiss Motivation Profile® Master.

If you’re looking for someone to tell you exactly what to do, I may not be the right fit. But if you’re looking for a space to slow down, understand yourself better, and find clarity around what matters most, I’d love to support you.

Start with a conversation.

We’ll talk about what’s been feeling heavy, what you’re hoping will change, and whether coaching feels like the right support for you.

There’s no pressure and no expectation to have everything figured out. It’s simply a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if we’re the right fit.

You’ve read this far for a reason. Trust that.

It’s time someone held space for you.
A real conversation about where you are and what you need.
