Uncertainty and change have shaped most of my life: moving across countries, leaving a career to become a stay at home mom, starting over more than once, and facing health challenges that knocked the wind out of any plan I had.
None of it followed a clear path. I just kept going, not knowing where I was headed.
A lot of what working moms bring into coaching feels familiar to me: the mental load nobody else sees, the mom guilt that shows up even when you’re doing everything right, and the mom burnout that has nothing to do with how many hours you slept.
Nobody held that space for me when I needed it most. I figured it out slowly, on my own. That’s why this work matters to me: so other moms don’t have to go through it as alone as I did.
Today, as an ICF Certified Coach (ACC) and Certified Reiss Motivation Profile® Master, I support working mothers who feel overwhelmed to pause, gain clarity, and prioritize what truly matters. My clients describe me as warm, insightful, and grounding.
